ER Now is the only majority locally owned and operated Independent emergency room in Wichita Falls, Texas! We are a full-service emergency room that is owned, operated, and staffed by local Texans. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. ER Now is staffed by experienced emergency medicine physicians which means they have exceptional expertise due to years of specialized residency training in emergency medicine. Together they bring more than 50 years combined experience.
